We provide special event planning business that provide consultation, coordination and execution services for weddings and other special occasions, including and celebrations as well as businesses, nonprofit organizations and school events. We also offer services for destination weddings and luxury honeymoons. From start to finish we strive to plan and implement the perfect event experience with décor that will surpass all your expectations.

Full Service Package• Establish your wedding theme, style and overall expectation of your event • Bridal consulting (In Person, video chat and via telephone) • Develop a personalized wedding budget • Unlimited vendor research • Unlimited venue research • Honeymoon Planning • Assist with the selection of Wedding Attire • Current to-do list/Checklist provided to keep you on track with your planning, to make sure nothing gets over whelming and every detail is accounted for • Secure all equipment/décor items (purchase and or rentals) • Assist with menu and bar selection • Coordinate entire Wedding day from start to finish • Includes Everything in Previous Package & More....This package has been designed for the couple who wishes to have a hassle-free wedding process.
Partial Service Package• Unlimited bridal telephone consultations • Assist with the development and maintaining of personalize wedding budget • Checklist provided to keep you on track with your planning, to make sure nothing gets over whelming and every detail is accounted for • Negotiate/confirm contracts with all vendors • Prepare final itinerary and email to all vendors (upon your approval) • Assist with save the dates, invitations, programs, decorations, place cards, menus, etc. • Create a detailed wedding timeline and wedding day script • Manage the timing of your events with wedding party and immediate family • Includes all services in previous package & More...This package is designed for the couple that prefers to plan a segment of their wedding but requires help in locating various vendors, bridal consulting, time management as well as rehearsal and wedding day coordination.
Affair Package• Details face to Face meeting four (4) weeks prior to determine all details for the wedding and reception • Unlimited phone & email consultations • Make recommendations for needed vendors (up to three (3) categories) • Hotel referrals for out of town guests • Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors • Prepare final itinerary and mail to all vendors (upon the couples’ approval) • Create a detailed wedding timeline • Wedding rehearsal coordination (if applicable) • Coordinate wedding ceremony and reception (if applicable) • Distribute all flowers (Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, etc.) • Ensure all vendors receive final payments as needed and directedThis package is designed for clients who just need some guideness on starting their preparation for their big day as well as coordination on the day itself.
